Cancellation and Return Policy

Order Cancellation

We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel your order. You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been processed or shipped. To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team at doodlelabsllc@gmail.com with your order number and cancellation request.

If your order has already been processed or shipped, we will not be able to cancel it. In such cases, you may initiate a return once you receive the order.

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Crypto Dukaan. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can return the product(s) within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

  • The product(s) must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them.
  • The product(s) must be in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) must be provided.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service team at doodlelabsllc@gmail.com to request a return authorization. Please include your order number and reason for the return.
  2. Once your return request is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to return the item(s).
  3. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging and include all paperwork, parts, and accessories.
  4. Ship the return package to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the package is returned safely.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer service team at doodlelabsllc@gmail.com with your order number and exchange request. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is not available, we will issue a refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at doodlelabsllc@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damaged or defective product. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Shipping Policy

We offer shipping across India. The estimated delivery time is between 5-10 business days, depending on your location. Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order.
